Built in 1955 with the inaugural race in 1956, Spartan Speedway has a long and rich racing tradition.

Spartan has truly earned it's reputation as "The track the stars call home!". Long time Figure-8 Champion, Little Richard Simmons, and Indy Star, Gordon Johncock, both called Spartan Speedway home during their distinguished racing careers.
